Refund Policy

At The Language House, we strive to provide a transparent and fair refund policy for all our students.

1. Course Fees

All course fees must be paid in advance through our payment gateway, Razorpay, or other officially accepted modes. By enrolling in any course, you acknowledge and agree to the fee structure, payment terms, and this refund policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The course is canceled by The Language House.
  • Duplicate or erroneous payments made through Razorpay.
  • Student requests withdrawal before course commencement, subject to a case-by-case review.

Important: Any refund request must be made in writing by emailing contact@thelanguagehouse.in with your full name, course name, payment date, and a valid reason.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Once classes have commenced.
  • Missed or unattended sessions by the student.
  • In case of dissatisfaction due to personal preferences or availability.
  • Access to digital course materials or video lectures has already been granted.

4. Razorpay Refund Process

If you made your payment via Razorpay, eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) used during the transaction.

  • The refund process will typically be initiated within 7 working days of approval.
  • Razorpay may take an additional 5–7 working days to reflect the refunded amount in your account.
  • Any gateway charges or transaction fees deducted by Razorpay are non-refundable.

5. Disputes

If you believe a refund is unjustly denied or delayed, you may escalate the matter by contacting our support team at:
