Refund Policy

At The Language House, we strive to provide a transparent and fair refund policy for all our students.
1. Course Fees
All course fees must be paid in advance through our payment gateway, Razorpay, or other officially accepted modes. By enrolling in any course, you acknowledge and agree to the payment terms.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- Before Batch Start: If a student requests a cancellation at least 3 days before the scheduled batch start date, a full refund (minus processing fees) will be issued.
- Batch Cancellation: If The Language House cancels a batch and cannot provide an alternative schedule acceptable to the student, a full refund will be provided.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be granted in the following scenarios:
- After the batch has commenced (even if the student does not attend).
- If a student is expelled due to a violation of the Code of Conduct.
- For study materials, registration fees, or consultation charges.
4. Razorpay Refund Process
All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay. It may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
5. Disputes
Any payment disputes or chargebacks filed without prior communication with our support team will be considered a breach of these terms. Please contact us first to resolve any issues.
